A vast tundra plain stretches across the western edge of the island. There is a great abundance of prey here, including caribou and musk ox, which migrate to Sub Zero's Land every year. This is the best hunting ground, but beware of scavengers like polar bears and foxes, who might steal your catch.

RESIDENT PACK - Lupinar
At the bottom of a deep chasm is an enormous cave, sheltered by a great, round boulder. This is the home of the mysterious Lupinar Wolves, an ancient pack of healers and prophets. Few wolves have been inside this cave, but legend has it it's full of glowing pools, dripping stalactites, and a sacred chamber with strange painted walls.

North of the Hunting Plains is a small range of sparsely-wooded hills. Many of the cliffs are steep and unprotected, but there are a few small caves, and there is no territory closer to the caribou.

Near the Wolf Fang hills there is a wide river that cuts across the landscape, rushing and foaming around boulders as sharp as teeth. This the Arahonak Rapids, a dangerous area wolves typically avoid. But there is a thick pine forest on one side of the river, guarded by hills and rock outcrops - a suitable wolf territory.

Somewhere within the central tundra prairie of Sub Zero's Land is a very peculiar lake, unlike any other. The water is crystal-clear, and it is always steaming hot, even in the coldest winter. There are also a few rocky hills and clefts nearby, and plenty of wide-open space. Not a bad territory at all.
